What is your return policy?
Furniture Fair offers a three-day reselect or cancellation policy. If within
three days of delivery or pick up you are not completely satisfied with the
color, item size, comfort or quality of your order, Furniture Fair will allow
you to reselect one time or cancel your purchase. Delivery Fee or Furniture Fair
pick up fee will be charged to all orders and will not be refunded.
Pick up orders must be returned to the original pick up
location within three days of pick up. This policy does not apply to Mattresses,
Mattress Pads, Adjustable Bases, Mattress Foundations, Pillows, Bedspreads,
Lamps, Door Buster items, Special Orders, Floor Samples, Stock Liquidation items,
Clearance Center or Clearance priced purchases. Any Appliances or Electronics returns
must be returned with all Vendor Service/Operators Manuals, power cords and remote
controls. Restocking fees may apply. One-time reselections are allowed on Furniture,
Mattress, Appliance and Electronics purchases.
*Please note: Refunds requiring the return of any products taken possession of are
dependent on said return.
At the point of delivery or pick up, if any items purchased at a store-front location
need to be serviced, please contact the store where purchase was made. Cancellations
within the three-day period will be processed for the original merchandise purchase.
Refunds will be processed by Furniture Fair within 10 days of the return of your
cancelled merchandise. Purchase paid by credit card will be credited to the card
used for purchase. The time it takes for credit to be viewed on statement
balance can vary depending on the bank card system. Purchases made with
cash or check will be refunded via Furniture Fair check within 10 business
days. Furniture Fair offers NO CASH REFUNDS. One-time reselections
are allowed on mattress purchases.
What is you mattress return policy
Furniture Fair offers a 90-Day mattress return policy on Nectar, Serta I- Comfort, Tempur-pedic and Steans & Foster. The customer must
sleep on the mattress for 30 days to allow time to get used to the new comfort,
firmness and feel of the new mattress. After that period, you are allowed to return
the mattress ONE TIME up to 90-Days after the original purchase date.

Nectar Mattress Return Policy
The return request for an opened mattress can be made no earlier than 30 days after
delivery. The return request for an opened mattress must be made no later than 365 days
after delivery.
Unopened mattresses are eligible for return and refund after delivery.
To return, products must be in a condition where we can donate them, with only normal
wear and tear (in Nectar sole discretion).
Products must have been used only for its intended purpose. This includes using the
product on an appropriate base, frame or foundation. Environmental damage, such
as mold due to the misuse of the product in this way, voids return eligibility.
Mattresses that have not been opened within 90 days of delivery are considered
misused and are ineligible for warranty claims and returns.
You must submit all required information and documentation requested
by our Customer Care team to complete your return within 30 days of
your return and refund request. If you do not, the refund request
must be re-submitted. Delivery Fee, Pillows, Mattress Pads,
Box Spring and Adjustable Base are non-refundable.
Online Purchase Return Policy
Returns of items purchased online are permitted within 24 hours of
the delivery if the merchandise was not as expected, within our local trading area
of 100 miles from a Furniture Fair location. Outside our trading area, there are No refunds
or cancelations.
Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the merchandise plus sales tax, but not
the delivery fee or shipping charge.
To initiate a return, please contact the store you selected to process your
sale at the time of purchase. Please include your original sales order number,
name and address when contacting the store. You are responsible for
returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered and
must pay shipping costs to return item. Once the merchandise has been
returned to us, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Special Order/Internet Only purchases online cannot be cancelled unless
they are received damaged. Furniture Fair must be notified of any damaged
items within 24 hours with pictures of original packaging and damaged
to the item. Restocking Fee may apply.
Purchase Guarantee
Everything at Furniture Fair is bought in truckloads to
assure you the BEST PRICE!
Any product produced overseas is bought in solid container loads so our
customers get the best price possible.
Floor Samples, Stock Liquidation items, Door Buster items, Bonus Offers,
Clearance Center, Clearance Priced items, Prior Sales, Free Offers or
Going-Out-Of-Business sale may make prices vary. Online marketer,
shipping cost and if there is a free interest offer, they must be included
when comparing prices.
Special Order Policy
All Special Orders must be paid in full 100% cash, check or credit card
at the time of purchase, plus tax.
*Please note: Vendor delivery times vary. Furniture Fair is not responsible
for vendor delays. No returns are allowed on Special Order merchandise
and brands that are not normally carried by Furniture Fair, built-in
appliances and accessories. Delivery Fee or Shipping Fee on all Special
Orders is non-refundable.
Any Ashley Furniture on Furniture-Fair.net website or other products we
do not have on any floors are considered Special Orders.
